At NuFACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device or skincare products within 60 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your NuFACE device and any unopened skincare products in their original packaging, ensuring all attachments and power cables are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
